Mobile Automation Testing Professional

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks from scratch
• Drive automation strategy with a long-term vision, incorporating innovative and scalable solutions
• Build and maintain robust test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid
• Apply strong Java programming skills in developing test scripts and frameworks
• Perform API testing and integrate it with automation pipelines
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting
• Provide leadership across multiple teams in coding standards and testing best practices
• Guide and mentor junior automation testers and ensure consistency in testing principles
• Contribute to mobile automation testing using appropriate tools and frameworks (12 years minimum required)
• Participate in defining quality metrics and ensuring test coverage across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless testing processes
• Work with BDD tools like Cucumber (basic knowledge acceptable)

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid
• Strong background in Java programming
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• Solid understanding of core testing principles and software quality assurance
• Proficient in RESTful API testing and automation
• Experience in mobile automation testing (minimum 12 years)
• Ability to lead and manage teams across different projects or modules
• Creative and innovative problem-solver with a strategic mindset toward automation
• Familiarity with Cucumber or other BDD frameworks is a plus
