Job Summary
We are seeking a Mobile Automation Tester with 1–3 years of experience in testing mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves developing and executing automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects
- Log and track issues using defect management tools
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements
- Contribute to test planning and test execution activities
- Support integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform basic API testing using standard tools
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile application testing
- Experience with automation tools such as Appium or Selenium
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Understanding of Android and iOS platforms
- Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of software development and testing life cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Basic knowledge of performance testing
- Experience working in Agile environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
