We are seeking an experienced Mobile Apps Development Team Lead to manage and guide a dynamic team of developers specializing in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, and iOS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across these platforms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-quality mobile application development.

Experience:8+ years in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years in team leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers working on Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, and iOS technologies.
- Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and React Native.
- Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development and Swift/Objective-C for iOS.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase) and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile platforms.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
