We are looking for a Mobile App Lead with 7+ years of experience in Native iOS (Swift) and React Native development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading mobile development teams, designing scalable architectures, ensuring code quality, mentoring developers, and supporting project delivery from presales to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect mobile applications and ensure best coding practices are followed.
- Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conduct technical research and resolve complex development challenges.
- Perform code reviews, audits, and ensure project quality standards are met.
- Interview and recruit developers for Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, and Flutter technologies.
- Train developers and team leads on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the presales team for requirement gathering, effort estimation, solution design, and lead closure.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile App Development.
- Strong expertise in Native iOS (Swift) and React Native.
- Experience leading and supervising mobile development teams.
- Strong knowledge of System Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
