Strategic Ventures is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer (React Native) to develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in React Native development, API integration, mobile application architecture, and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and support mobile solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop enterprise mobile applications, including customer-facing portals and operational applications.
- Implement features such as QR code scanning, camera integration, GPS/location services, and real-time tracking where required.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide a consistent experience across Android and iOS devices.
- Implement secure authentication and data communication mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and solution architects.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Generate application builds for testing, deployment, and customer delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous product improvements.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of React, React Native, Hooks, and component lifecycle.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar frameworks.
- Experience implementing QR code/barcode scanning features.
- Experience working with GPS, maps, and real-time location tracking.
- Experience integrating native mobile capabilities such as Camera, File Upload/Download, and Device Storage.
- Experience with local storage, offline data synchronization, and secure mobile application development.
- Familiarity with React Navigation and mobile application architecture.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth.
- Familiarity with push notifications and mobile security best practices.
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
