What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement and optimize state management solutions using Riverpod, MobX, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to deliver complete application functionality.
• Develop platform-specific features using Swift, Kotlin, or Java when required.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, and application scalability initiatives.
• Improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Create technical documentation and support development best practices across the engineering team.

CI/CD and Automation

• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Improve development workflows for faster and more reliable product releases.
• Support continuous delivery and mobile DevOps initiatives.

Testing and Optimization

• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks including Mockito, Maestro, and similar tools.
• Ensure application quality, stability, and performance through comprehensive testing strategies.
• Conduct performance profiling and optimization across multiple devices and operating systems.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements that enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.

Agile Development

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate effectively within Scrum and Agile development environments.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve development processes, team productivity, and product quality.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart development.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of state management frameworks such as Riverpod, MobX, Provider, Bloc, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and modern version control workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of native mobile development using Swift, Kotlin, or Java is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Mockito, Maestro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and passion for building exceptional user experiences.
