We are hiring a Cross-Platform Mobile Developer – Flutter, iOS & Android to build and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications — contributing to the technical evolution of a platform transforming agriculture worldwide.

What You'll DO

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android
• Implement state management solutions using MobX and Riverpod to improve application efficiency and performance
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for complete functionality
• Utilize native development using Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android when platform-specific features are required
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI to automate build, testing, and deployment processes
• Implement and maintain mobile testing frameworks including Maestro and Mockito for structured quality assurance
• Perform performance profiling and optimization across different devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with Tech Area Owners, Product Area Owners, designers, backend developers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile application development
• Expertise in state management frameworks including MobX and Riverpod
• Proficiency in Git version control using GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools including Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Knowledge of native mobile development using Swift, Kotlin, or Java for platform-specific features
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as Maestro and Mockito
• Background in AgriTech, IoT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise mobile applications is a strong advantage
• Flutter Developer, Mobile App Developer, Cross-Platform Developer, iOS Developer, Android Developer, React Native Developer, or Mobile Software Engineer with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
