Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with strong experience in React Native and JavaScript to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in state management, mobile testing, cloud-based backends, and CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality. Exposure to ReactJS for web applications will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and JavaScript.

Implement state management using Redux

Integrate backend services using Firebase and cloud-based APIs

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

Develop and execute unit and integration tests using Jest

Perform automated mobile testing using Appium

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile app builds and deployments

Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams

Optimize app performance, usability, and reliability

Monitor production issues and implement timely fixes

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with a minimum of 3 years in React Native.

Solid understanding of the React Native framework and its core principles.

Experience with mobile development platforms such as Android and iOS.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and design patterns.

Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries

Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Notifications)

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

Proficiency with Git and version control systems

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

Experience with additional mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Swift, Kotlin), Appium for mobile automation testing is a plus.
