We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer with expertise in React Native, Android Native, and iOS development to join our team and help us create innovative mobile applications for farmers and agriculture enthusiasts.
As a Mobile App Developer at FarmWiseAI, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for our agricultural solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, reliable, and efficient applications that empower farmers and enhance their agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define and refine application requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native, Android Native, and iOS development technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly, ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications.
- Optimize application performance to provide a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your skillset.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
- Assist in the development and implementation of mobile app testing strategies.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and stability of our mobile applications.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
- Provide technical support and assist in resolving customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in mobile app development with a strong emphasis on React Native, Android Native, and iOS technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the React Native framework.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS development, including Swift and Java.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration into mobile applications.
- Understanding of mobile app design principles, user interface guidelines, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
