Mobile Application Developer (Android & iOS) - Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in developing for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in native development (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) and is passionate about creating high-quality, user-centric mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire mobile development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Application Development

. Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable native code for both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift).

. Develop new user-facing features and functionalities for our suite of mobile applications.

. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaboration & Design

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to define and ship new features.

. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code and user experiences.

. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Testing & Maintenance

. Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance.

. Write unit and UI tests to ensure robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Android Development

. Strong proficiency inKotlinand/orJava.

. Deep understanding of theAndroid SDK, various OS versions, and screen sizes.

. Hands-on experience withAndroid Architecture Components(e.g., LiveData, ViewModel, Room).

iOS Development

. Strong proficiency inSwiftand/orObjective-C.

. Familiarity with coreiOS frameworkssuch as UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.

. Understanding ofApple's design principlesand interface guidelines.

General Technical Skills

. Experience consumingRESTful APIsto connect mobile applications with back-end services.

. Solid knowledge ofmobile-specific design patternsand best practices.

. Proficient withcode versioning tools, particularly Git.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving abilitieswith strong attention to detail.

. Effectivecommunication skills(written and verbal) inEnglish (C1 level).

. Experience working inAgile environments, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.

. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, international team.
