Role Overview
We need a Senior Mobile Architect (Flutter) to design and build mobile banking apps. The person should have strong experience in Flutter, mobile architecture, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mobile apps for both iOS and Android using Flutter
- Build apps that are fast, secure, and scalable
- Connect mobile apps with backend systems and APIs
- Ensure good performance and security
- Set coding standards and best practices
- Guide developers and review their code
- Work with business, backend, and other teams
- Support go-live and production release
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- 5+ years experience in Flutter development
- Strong knowledge of Dart
- Experience in mobile architecture (iOS & Android)
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs & Microservices
- API integration
- Authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
- Experience in performance tuning
- Knowledge of testing (Unit, Widget, Integration)
- Understanding of design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID)
Good to Have
- Experience in Banking / Fintech
- Experience in large enterprise applications
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD
- Understanding of app security & compliance
Key Expectations
- Should have worked as an Architect or Lead
- Must have handled 1–2 go-live projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Able to work in onsite-offshore model
