As a Mobile App Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mobile applications. You'll support the build master to improve build and test processes. You'll also be a key player in the QA team, working closely with developers to ensure that tests are executed smoothly, defects are reported and verified, and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Your ultimate goal is to enable and validate high-quality, fast-paced releases that provide a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Quality: You'll test software and report risks for both functional and non-functional aspects, focusing on providing a quality experience for customers.
- Defect Management: You'll be involved in the smooth execution of tests and the reporting and verification of defects throughout the testing cycle.
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with the build master and various development teams to understand testing objectives and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Test Lifecycle: You'll participate in test planning, test designing, test scripting, and test execution. You'll also report defects, triage them, and estimate test tasks.
- Troubleshooting: You'll use your skills to capture logs and crash reports for both iOS and Android platforms and apply your excellent troubleshooting abilities to solve problems
