Mobile App Growth Specialist

Lascade is looking for a data-driven Mobile App Growth Specialist to help scale our portfolio of mobile applications across global markets.

We're building AI-powered apps, travel technology, subscription platforms, and utility applications. We're looking for someone who understands the complete mobile growth journey, from app installs to subscriptions, retention, and lifetime value.

What You'll Do

• Plan and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

• Drive app installs while maintaining high-quality users and strong return on investment.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.

• Monitor app performance across different countries, audiences, and acquisition channels.

• Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), ROAS, retention, and subscription conversion.

• Develop creative testing strategies for mobile advertising campaigns.

• Coordinate with ASO, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to maximize app growth.

• Analyze attribution data and campaign performance.

• Research new mobile growth opportunities and advertising platforms.

• Continuously improve mobile acquisition strategies through experimentation.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Mobile App Marketing or Mobile Growth.

• Experience acquiring users for Android and iOS applications.

• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and analytics.

• Experience with app acquisition campaigns and subscription-based products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• Passion for mobile products and digital growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apple Search Ads.

• Experience with Google App Campaigns.

• Experience with Meta App Campaigns.

• Experience using AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, or similar mobile attribution platforms.

• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO).
