Position: Mobile Developer – Intern-to-Hire
Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (In-Office)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Full-Time CTC (Post Conversion): ₹4,50,000 per annum
Employment Type: Internship → Full-Time (Based on Performance)

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Note: Working hours may be extended based on project requirements and business needs
- About the Role
We are hiring a
Mobile Developer (Intern-to-Hire) with strong interest in
React Native and
Android system internals.
This is a
conversion-focused role, where candidates will be evaluated during the internship and offered a
full-time position upon successful performance.
You Will Work Across
- Application Layer (Mobile Apps)
- ⚙️ System Layer (Android OS / Internals)
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop mobile applications using React Native
- Build scalable and efficient mobile solutions
- Work with native modules and Android integrations
- Debug issues across:
- App layer
- Native Android layer
- System-level behavior
- Optimize performance and stability of applications
- Required Skills
- React Native
- Good knowledge of React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Basic hands-on experience in mobile app development
⚙️ Android / AOSP
- Understanding of Android fundamentals
- Knowledge of Android architecture & components
- Familiarity with Java/Kotlin
- ️ System / OS Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Android OS architecture (Framework, HAL, Kernel)
- Awareness of AOSP structure
- Understanding of:
- System services
- Binder IPC
- Permissions & sandboxing
- Additional Skills
- Exposure to Android native development
- Understanding of React Native Native Modules (bridging)
- Debugging using Logcat and Android tools
- Good to Have
- Exposure to Android Open Source Project (AOSP)
- Knowledge of custom ROMs or OS-level customization
- Interest in system-level performance optimization

- Final-year students / recent graduates (CS/IT or related)
