Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hybrid App Developer to lead the development of a multi-platform application targeting Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Web. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ionic Framework, Angular, Capacitor, and Electron, along with experience in creating native mobile widgets for Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop hybrid applications using Ionic + Angular.

Integrate Capacitor for native functionality across Android and iOS.

Build and optimize Electron-based desktop apps for Windows and macOS.

Develop and deploy native mobile widgets for Android and iOS platforms.

Ensure seamless performance and UI consistency across Web, Mobile, and Desktop.

Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.

Implement secure APIs and manage data synchronization across platforms.

Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in hybrid app development.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in software development.

Strong proficiency in:

o Ionic Framework, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript

o Capacitor for native integration

o Electron for desktop app development

Hands-on experience in:

o Building apps for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Web

o Creating native mobile widgets for Android and iOS

Solid understanding of:

o Native plugins, device APIs, and platform-specific optimizations

o RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling

Familiarity with:

o CI/CD pipelines, App Store/Play Store submission, and desktop packaging

o Security best practices for multi-platform apps

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
