Job Summary

We are looking for an eCommerce Warehouse Executive to handle day-to-day operations related to order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination across various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with eCommerce order handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage eCommerce marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Handle return order processing and ensure proper documentation
• Manage warehouse inventory, update stock levels, and minimize discrepancies
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely order pick-up and delivery
• Maintain daily reports related to order status, returns, and inventory
• Ensure that packing, labeling, and dispatch are done as per platform standards
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations is mandatory
• Prior experience with eCommerce order processing is highly preferred
• Good understanding of inventory systems and order lifecycle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or inventory software
