We're looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager – Mobile Sales to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities across the mobile advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and demand partners for mobile campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Drive revenue through CPI, CPA, CPL, CPR, and other performance-based campaigns.
• Understand client requirements, KPIs, budgets, and campaign objectives.
• Explore new business opportunities across India and international markets.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase spends and scale.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Advertising, Performance Marketing, AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Sales.
• Strong understanding of mobile app campaigns, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), KPIs, and performance marketing models.
• Existing relationships with advertisers/agencies will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
