Job Description

Job Title: Mobile Ad Sales Manager (CPI) International & Domestic

Location: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CPI Sales Manager to drive business growth across international and domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile app user acquisition, experience in Cost Per Install (CPI) sales, and a proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities and onboard clients for CPI-based user acquisition campaigns across domestic and international markets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with app developers, agencies, and ad networks globally.
  3. Identify advertiser requirements, pitch tailored CPI and CPA solutions, and close high-value deals.
  4. Work closely with internal delivery and account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  5. Negotiate pricing, targeting, and campaign terms to maximize profitability.
  6. Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and mobile app performance marketing best practices.
  7. Track and report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health.

Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in CPI sales, business development, or mobile app marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of the mobile performance marketing ecosystem (iOS & Android).
  3. Demonstrated success in selling CPI campaigns to both domestic and international clients.
  4. Existing network of advertisers or publishers in the mobile app space is a plus.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Familiarity with tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch ) and ad fraud prevention tools.
  7. Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.

PreferredQualifications:

  1. Understanding of vertical-specific strategies (e.g., Igaming, fintech, utility, shopping apps).
  2. Knowledge of traffic sources including media buying, influencer, and SDK traffic.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
