CPI Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven CPI Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in affiliate marketing and performance-driven campaigns, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Location : Gurgaon, Sector 67 (Onsite)
Industry: Affiliate / Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new agency, brand POC, client and partners for CPI campaigns
- Drive high-quality traffic and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
- Negotiate deals, payouts, and terms with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals and strategies
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing (CPI/CPA campaigns preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth
