Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the MNR position, based in Mundra with flexibility for occasional remote work. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair (MNR) activities for containers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with vendors, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves managing resources to meet deadlines and contributing to process improvements to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of container maintenance, repair, and modification procedures
- Proficiency in management and coordination to oversee repairs and inspections
- Basic technical knowledge in mechanical or structural repairs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Proficiency in reporting, data management, and inventory control
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred
