Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Provide customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email for international clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Domain-Specific Support
- Assist customers in Telecom, E-commerce, Banking, Technology Products, Travel, and Fraud-related queries.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to relevant teams.
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers from different regions and time zones.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Patience and empathy to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
