Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide semi-technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues related to network support, connectivity, and system performance.
  • Assist customers with configuration, initial setup, and issue resolution.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate logs in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical support teams when required.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and shift schedules.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
