Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Services, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build and deliver AI-driven products.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business use cases and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Translate complex technical and AI-related concepts into clear, non-technical explanations for stakeholders.
- Perform and manage daily operational tasks such as data annotation, AI quality monitoring, and KPI tracking.
- Support team training on AI configurations, model development, delivery processes, and data analysis practices.
- Create and maintain professional documentation using tools such as Lucid Charts, Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office.
- Identify priorities, risks, and potential issues early and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Assist in handling escalations and high-priority incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Understand delivery scope and contribute to collaborative delivery planning.
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and future demand generation.
- Support people management activities including hiring, performance evaluation, and training.
Experience Required
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics services, or AI/ML support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, workflows, or service delivery models is an added advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing stakeholders.
