Purpose of the Position:The Associate AI Platform Engineer is an early-career technical role focused on supporting, improving, and evaluating enterprise AI platforms. This role works closely with AI platform, data, and engineering teams to ensure that AI platforms are reliable, productive, and continuously improving. The position involves hands-on support for AI platforms, identifying automation opportunities, assisting in platform evaluations, and building productivity automations using modern engineering tools and AI-first development practices.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

AI Platform Support & Maintenance

• Provide day-to-day support for existing AI platforms, tools, and services.

• Respond to platform-related issues, requests, and operational tasks through tickets, chats, and documentation.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when required.

• Support platform monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and service reliability activities.

Platform Productivity & Automation

• Identify repetitive or manual support tasks and propose automation opportunities.

• Build and maintain lightweight automations using tools such as Airtable, GitHub, Python scripts, and integrations.

• Contribute to internal documentation, runbooks, and self-service guides.
