Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer / MLOps Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML operations, scalable infrastructure design, and hands-on expertise in deploying production-ready machine learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage data pipelines and ML engineering infrastructure to support enterprise-scale ML systems.
- Convert offline models built by Data Scientists into production-grade ML systems.
- Develop and deploy scalable tools and services for ML training and inference.
- Ensure auditability, versioning, and data security in model development.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Apply CI/CD, automation, and software engineering best practices to ML workflows.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) ML deployments.
- Identify and implement new technologies for performance, maintainability, and reliability improvements.
- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps / ML Engineer roles.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices for ML.
- Hands-on experience with ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, SVM, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
