Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of existing models and algorithms.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning processes and models.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and data analysis methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
