ML Architect

Technical Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Python programming (both ML and Python are mandatory)

- Exposure to new age technologies and concepts like Deep Learning and NLP.

- Prior work experience in NLP and prediction models would be good.

- Knowledge in Insurance/mortgages or financial domain will be an advantage.

Competencies:

- Understands and meets stated needs & requirements of the stakeholders, brings contextual nuances in deliverables.

- Monitor own work to ensure delivery within the desired performance standards.

- Receptive to new ideas and different perspectives.

- Adapts to unfamiliar situations, thinks on the feet & displays sense of urgency for completion of deliverables.

- Identifies and defines features to be included in the MVP. Liaisons with Business and Research Teams and assists in building the MVP.

- Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information Technology

Professional work experience of 10 to 13 years in Microsoft technologies.
