Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Mixologist. The Mixologist will be responsible for crafting unique beverages, maintaining an appealing bar setup, and ensuring quality and consistency in drink preparation. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and effective Communication skills to engage with patrons and provide a welcoming experience.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge and a passion for creating unique cocktails and beverages.
- Experience or ability in Training fellow staff, ensuring high standards of service and knowledge.
- Basic or advanced Culinary Skills relevant to mixology for ingredient preparation and pairing beverages with food items.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender is preferred.
