Job Description

  • Application Development & Customization: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements.
  • Integration Design & Implementation: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.
  • Script Writing & Maintenance: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Collaboration & Requirement Gathering : Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred

Experience

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization, required.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, preferred.
  • Four (4) or more years working in conjunction with onshore teams to deliver solutions, preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, required.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools, required.
  • Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred.

License/Certification:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
