Mit App Inventor Mentor(part time)

This is a part-time remote role for an MIT App Inventor Mentor. The mentor will guide and support students in learning mobile app development using the MIT App Inventor platform. Responsibilities include conducting live online classes, creating an engaging and interactive learning experience, providing personalized feedback, and ensuring students meet their learning objectives. The mentor will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content.

• Knowledge of mobile app development and experience with the MIT App Inventor platform
• Strong teaching, communication, and mentoring skills to deliver interactive sessions
• Experience in creating or following curriculum materials for a structured learning approach
• Passion for working with children and fostering their interest in coding and technology
• Ability to work remotely and manage part-time, flexible schedules
• Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
