Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MIS Team Lead to manage and analyze sales business data and work closely with the Post Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data management, reporting, and analytics within the real estate or sales domain. The role requires expertise in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools to ensure accurate data tracking and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MIS reporting, data analysis, and database management for sales operations.
- Work closely with the post-sales team to track and manage business performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for sales insights.
- Ensure accuracy in sales revenue reports, transaction tracking, and forecasting.
- Optimize data workflows to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business analytics and process improvement.
Key Requirements
- 3-15 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in real estate or sales-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of sales data analytics, reporting structures, and dashboard creation.
- Experience in handling large datasets and automation of reports.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Post Sales, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM and real estate sales databases.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Macros, and Automation Tools.
- Familiarity with real estate brokerage business models and sales tracking mechanisms.
