Shift Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location - Gurugram
KEY RESPOSIBILITY AREA
Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Strong command of complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested functions).
- Skilled in pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dynamic data analysis tools.
- Experience with macros and task automation (preferred).
Data Handling & Transformation
- Proficient in data cleaning, structuring, and transforming datasets from multiple sources.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
Power BI & SQL
- Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
Communication
- Clear and professional written communication (e.g., emails, documentation).
- Strong verbal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Attributes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets in fast-paced environments.
- Programming knowledge (Python, R, VBA, etc.) is a plus for automation and processing tasks.
Required Qualification And Skills
- Must have bachelor's degree.
- Experience should be 9+ years in MIS profile.
- Excellent in MS Excel and Power BI
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a laptop with 16GB RAM and fast internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps
