About the Role
Provide accurate and timely MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and project trend analysis to support HR and business decision-making. Develop executive-ready presentations and insights for leadership reviews.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting
- Prepare and maintain periodic HR and project MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Dashboarding
- Design and update interactive dashboards for HR metrics, project performance, and trends.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
Project Trend Analysis
- Track and analyze project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Highlight variances and provide actionable insights.
Presentation Development
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and strategic meetings.
- Summarize complex data into clear, visual, and executive-friendly formats.
Data Governance
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards for reporting and analytics.
Skills
- MIS & Reporting Expertise - Strong experience in HR and project MIS reporting.
- Dashboard Development - Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros).
- Data Analysis - Ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.
- Presentation Skills - Advanced PowerPoint skills ability to create visually appealing executive decks.
- Attention to Detail - High accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects.
- Tools Knowledge - HRIS (Workday/Ask HR), project management tools (MS Project, Jira), and BI platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in MIS reporting, dashboarding, and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in HR or project-based environments preferred.
