You will act as the co-founder's right hand, managing critical day-to-day business operations with a heavy focus on financial tracking, billing, and cash flow coordination. Role Overview
- Position: MIS Operations Executive (Assistant to Founder)
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
- Work Model: 100% Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
- Experience: 1 - 2 years
- Reporting To: Founder, Prismatix
Key Responsibilities1. Financial & Billing Operations
- Invoicing & Payments: Draft, dispatch, and track client invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Cash Flow Tracking: Maintain precise records of daily and monthly incoming/outgoing payments, expenses, and overall cash flow.
- Data Management: Keep financial trackers up-to-date with flawless accuracy.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and manage internal expense reimbursement approvals.
2. Executive Assistance & Scheduling
- Calendar Management: Manage the Co-founder's daily schedule, organize internal/external meetings, and prevent double-bookings.
- Gatekeeping & Prioritization: Act as the primary point of contact for the Co-founder's office, filtering emails, requests, and action items.
- Documentation: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track actionable deliverables for the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce (B.Com), BBA (Finance), or a related field.
- Excel Proficiency: You should love spreadsheets. Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, and data formatting) is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience. High energy, a willingness to learn, and strong ownership matter more than years on a resume.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional client interfacing.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
