Job Description
We are looking for an MIS Manager to manage factory financial controls, production MIS, costing, variance analysis and management reports .
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly factory MIS reports.
Monitor production cost, material consumption, wastage and production variances .
Analyse actual cost vs. standard/budgeted cost and identify deviations.
Track raw material, packaging material and production-related expenses.
Prepare product-wise and production-wise costing reports.
Monitor factory expenses and support financial cost control.
Prepare reports for management review and decision-making.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts and Finance teams.
Identify cost leakages and suggest corrective actions.
Improve and automate MIS reports using
Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools .
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post Graduate in
Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field .
25 years of experience in
MIS, factory costing, production MIS, finance or management reporting .
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel is essential.
Experience In a Manufacturing/food Production Environment Will Be Preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand production data and convert it into meaningful management reports.
