MIS Intern

Below are the roles and responsibilities:

Job Location- Gurgaon

Designation- MIS Intern

Candidates currently based in Gurugram are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Incentive Calculation & Payouts: Verify and calculate accurate incentive payouts for blue-collar fleet personnel and white-collar office staff.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely, error-free disbursements.
• Centralized Tracking: Maintain a central tracker for calculations, approvals, pending payments, and completed payouts.
• Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee incentive queries, discrepancies, and follow-ups.
• Daily MIS & Reconciliation: Reconcile incentive data daily to catch discrepancies and send processing updates to management and employees.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify workflow gaps, suggest model improvements, and drive automation to streamline incentive management.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Graduate or pursuing graduation in any relevant field.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. High attention to detail and data accuracy.
6. Ability to take ownership and meet daily deadlines.
7. Problem-solving mindset with an interest in process improvement and automation.
8. Experience in MIS, payroll, incentives, or operations is an added advantage.
