About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS HR Executive to manage HR data, generate reports, and support decision-making through accurate MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in HR reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Generate reports related to attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll inputs, and performance tracking.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for data collection and validation.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of HR data.
- Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
- Advanced MS Excel
- HR MIS Reporting, Daily / Weekly / Monthly HR reports, Recruitment tracker & joining status.
HRMS / ERP Knowledge
- Working knowledge of HR software
- Data extraction & report generation
Data Management
- Data cleaning & validation, Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in MIS/HR reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
- Knowledge of HRMS systems and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
