Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• · Collect data from various sources within the organization, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
• · Cleanse, validate, and analyse data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain databases to store and manage organizational data effectively.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on organizational requirements.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and processes.
• Should know Operations KPI's with formula. (Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, Shift Adherence, APR, Conversion report, Manpower calculation, Rostering people based on volume, Abandoned, SLA, connectivity report.
• Should know create a dashboard from raw dump.
• Have worked in Inbound and Outbound process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Should be graduate.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and PPT
• Should have Minimum 2+ years of experience as a MIS / WFM, Overall experience should 4 years +.
• Should be from Call centre / BPO background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified, DCA, BCA, BA) a plus
