Role Objective
We are looking for a data-driven
MIS Executive to support our Sales and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, generating performance reports, and providing the analytical insights necessary to drive our digital marketing and web development service growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain and update the Sales CRM/database with lead information, client conversions, and project statuses.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as lead-to-conversion ratios, sales targets vs. actuals, and revenue forecasts.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams to ensure data integrity and assist in tracking campaign-specific ROI.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain visual dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to help management monitor sales health at a glance.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in client acquisition and service demand to help refine our sales strategy in the Coimbatore and Chennai markets.
- Documentation: Ensure all client contracts, billing data, and project sign-offs are accurately recorded and easily retrievable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas).
- Experience: 25 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or sales operations (preferably within the IT/Digital Marketing or Service sector).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret numbers and provide logical summaries.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate between departments.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and report validation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing metrics (PPC, SEO leads, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
