Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using Zoho tools for inventory tracking, billing, data entry, and report generation.
Perform advanced Excel tasks including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and VBA for data analysis, trend forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleaning from multiple sources, and collaboration with teams on inventory, sales, and billing metrics.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with visualizations to support decision-making and process improvement

Requirements

2-5 years of experience working with Zoho (CRM/ERP/Analytics) for MIS reporting, dashboards, inventory management, billing, and automation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data entry, report generation, and complex analysis; familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, or related field
