Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in JavaScript to manage, analyze, and automate data systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating reports, maintaining databases, and developing dynamic dashboards or tools using JavaScript to improve business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using JavaScript and related libraries (e.g., React, Node.js, or charting libraries).
- Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
- Work with different departments to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
- Develop scripts and tools to extract, clean, and process data.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends or anomalies.
- Maintain documentation for processes, reports, and tools developed.
- Provide technical support for MIS systems and reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Knowledge of backend JavaScript (Node.js) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, macros).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or custom JS dashboards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
