What This Job Involves
You will be performing the role of MIS Executive at the site and will be responsible for the data management, gathering/presentation , preparing reports scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:
- MIS Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for, Manpower deployment, Asset uptime & breakdowns, Preventive Maintenance (PPM) compliance, Energy, water & utility consumption, Vendor performance & SLA, ensure 100% data accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines. Maintain structured databases for assets, vendors, and contracts.
- Dashboard & Performance Tracking
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards (Excel / Power BI / CAFM).
Track key KPIs :Equipment availability vs BDM ratio, Complaint TAT, Utility efficiency trends, Highlight deviations, trends, and exceptions for management review.
- CAFM / CMMS System Management
Update and validate data in CAFM/CMMS systems. Monitor: Job card closure rates,PPM schedules compliance, Breakdown frequency, Generate system-based reports for audits and client reviews.
Capture and analyse: Power, DG, water, STP, WTP, gas consumption,Month-on-month variance analysis,Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.Assist in energy benchmarking and sustainability reporting.
- Client & Management Reporting-Prepare client-specific MIS decks and monthly review presentations.
Provide data support for Management reviews, Audit meetings, Statutory & compliance reporting
Ensure professional formatting and presentation standards.
- Compliance & Documentation - Maintain MIS for: Statutory compliance, AMC schedules, Calibration records, Safety & EHS documentation, Support internal and external audits with accurate data.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Standardize MIS formats across properties,Automate reports using Excel macros / Power BI / CAFM tools and Reduce manual errors and improve turnaround time.

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You must pay attention to detail and have excellent in MS office, data management, analytics management knowledge and skills. Possess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books.
Qualifications
You will have a Degree / Diploma with relevant educational background in facility management with min 4-5 years of work experience.
Good knowledge of computer applications MS office Excel advance ,Tally & GAAP would be desirable.
Knowledge of Budgeting & Cost Control procedures, Preparation of Financial summaries, Cash Flows Statements, Account Reconciliation etc.
