Job Description

Management Information Systems Maintain and monitor enterprise software systems including ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms. Generate automated reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, system backups, and user access management across all business applications. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for technical resolutions.

Administrative Operations Oversee daily office operations including facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative process optimization. Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and executive calendar management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Data Management & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports. Develop standardized reporting templates for various departments. Maintain databases for HR records, vendor information, and operational metrics. Support audit processes by preparing documentation and system reports.

Process Improvement Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve administrative workflows. Implement automated solutions for routine tasks such as expense reporting, leave management, and document approvals. Create and update standard operating procedures for both technical and administrative functions.

Cross-functional Support Provide technical support and training to employees on system usage and administrative procedures. Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth information flow and process alignment. Support special projects requiring both technical and administrative expertise.

Office Management Supervise reception, security, and housekeeping staff. Manage office space allocation and layout optimization. Coordinate with building management for maintenance issues and facility improvements. Handle visitor management and ensure workplace safety protocols.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2-4 years experience in MIS and administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and enterprise software systems. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
