Key responsibilities

  • Providing monthly, quarterly and adhoc MIS for the business unit and relevant projects and products
  • Prepare reports for third parties, such as external auditors or shareholders, investors, etc
  • Analyze revenues, costs and profits and systems to manage funds
  • Compare historic and current financial activity and enable financial analysis using easy-to-use tools
  • Prepare and analyze financial information in summarized form and integrate financial information from multiple sources
  • Oversee the data sync and data updating on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure accuracy of data in financial reports and satisfy client requirement from reporting perspective
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth flow ofMISreporting
  • Resolve bottlenecks with reference to data capture and collation that the program team may face
  • Prepare trend analysis for past and present financial data
  • Publish financial reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and keep the report data bank ready for requests received
