– Job Title: MIS Executive
Job Description
– Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide timely information to management.
– Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
– Design, develop, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
– Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
– Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
– Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
– Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
– Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving of MIS-related issues.
– Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security.
– Train and support staff on MIS-related issues.
Required Qualifications
– Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access, and other data management tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
– Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
