Role Objective:
The MIS Head will be responsible for designing, managing, and strengthening the Management Information System to support strategic decision-making, financial control, operational efficiency, and export compliance. The role demands strong analytical capability, financial acumen, and cross-functional coordination within an export-driven bicycle manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of MIS Executive/AM
1. MIS & Reporting Management
- After getting understanding of already running MIS in ATR: maintain, and control comprehensive MIS reports covering Quality Control, Production, PPC, NPD, Inventory , Costing, and Capacity utilization.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable dashboards for top management.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a single-point MIS interface between Finance, PPC, Production, Purchase, Export Sales and Management.
- Align MIS outputs with business goals and operational priorities.
3. System Improvement & Automation
- Lead initiatives for ERP/Software optimization (Design format, how data can be collected in ERP), MIS automation, data integrity improvement & Working on Artificial Intelligence
- Identify gaps in data flow and recommend system/process enhancements.
- Work closely with EDP teams to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
4. Strategic & Management Support
- Prepare presentations for meetings, customer reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Provide early warning signals on financial, operational, and export-related risks.
5. Team Leadership & Governance
- Departments ensure discipline in data reporting timelines (If in FY2026-27; dispatch target of 125cr. Will be completed).
- Define SOPs, controls, and validation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy with the help of QMS team.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and business information.

- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior management.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
- Artificial Intelligence Knowledge or willing to work on AI tools to simplify working of plant Head.
