Role Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for endtoend MIS reporting, data consolidation, and analytics to support business decisionmaking. This role requires strong handson expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel and Python to build automated dashboards, reports, and databases by collating data from multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking and a processautomation mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own MIS reporting and data analysis across business functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA).
- Leverage Python scripting for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analytics wherever applicable.
- Collate and consolidate data from multiple platforms/systems to create a centralized database for analytics and reporting.
- Analyze data trends, variances, and performance metrics to generate actionable business insights.
- Support leadership and crossfunctional teams with adhoc analysis and customized reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes through automation.
- Contribute to or support AIled automation and implementation initiatives as an added advantage.
- Ensure data integrity, version control, and documentation of reporting processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, dashboards, and macros/VBA.
- Working knowledge of Python for data handling and automation is required.
- Experience handling large datasets and data from multiple sources/platforms.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
