Position Title: Assistant Manager – Enrollments (MIS)
Purpose: The role holder will be required to track enrollments numbers, regularly send relevant reports to all senior stakeholders and bring in unique insights in order to increase admissions.
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust consumption reports and dashboards to enable team performance measurement and data-driven decision making
- Provide input for our multiple school brands as well as campuses and maintain consistency across data
- Provide syndicated data driven insights
- Assist in development of forecasts and performance measurement
- Set up a tracking mechanism through daily/weekly reports tracking enrollment activities
- Set up dashboards for data presentation to head of departments and suggest recommendations for business performance improvement
- Work closely with in-house teams with thorough reports and provide actionable insight.
Qualification:
- MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Excel & reporting tools
- Understanding of MIS, data analysis & dashboards
- Experience with CRM systems (added advantage)
- Background in Education/Edtech (preferred)
