Role: MIS Assistant Manager
Location: Mohali
1.MIS Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, payroll cost, etc.).
Generate payroll MIS: variance reports, salary registers, and cost analyses.
Maintain HR databases and enhance report accuracy.
Analyze HR trends (span ratio, manpower utilization).
Data validation & error-checking techniques
2. HR Data Management
Maintain clean and updated employee records in Workday.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
3. Payroll and statutory compliance
Process salary revisions, promotions
Ensure adherence to statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Skill set:- Advance excel, BI , Macros.
