Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a MIS and Power BI Analyst. The role involves developing and managing MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualization using Power BI. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy of reports. The analyst will also support cross-functional teams by providing relevant data and insights to aid decision-making processes, maintaining a high level of data integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor day-to-day HR & Administration overheads, ensuring accurate cost control and timely reporting.
• Develop and present Power BI dashboards to visualize expenses, trends, and key HR/Admin metrics for management review.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics and numerical analysis, enabling precise budgeting, variance analysis, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in MIS reporting and Power-BI analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
• Strong command over Power BI data modeling, DAX functions, report creation, and visualization.
• Comfortable to work 6 days a week and on third party payroll.
